merchandise. But, if you’re not satisfied with your art, you may
return it within 30 days for a full refund of the print's
purchase price.
- You can return an item within 30 days of purchase.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price of your
print.

- If you had a shipping charge, the guarantee does not cover
that charge.
Traditionally, custom framed prints cannot be returned.
(Imagine the reaction at your local frame shop if you came to
pick up your framing and told them that you had changed your

Of course, as rarely happens, if your art is damaged on arrival,

Returns are easy
You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full
refund.
- Call our customer service at 888-264-1446 (Monday through Friday
9 —5, Pacific Standard Time) for return and packing instructions
to prevent breakage.
- You must use the original packing materials.

print but does not include any additional shipping costs.

Can I pay online or by phone?
Yes. We want you to feel completely comfortable when placing an
order. All the information you transmit to us is secure and is
kept strictly confidential.
- Online: This is your most convenient option. If you choose to
order online, simply enter all of your information through our
secure server. You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Telephone: If you wish to pay by telephone, first, proceed to
Checkout and enter all of your order information online except
your credit card data. To complete your purchase, call us

your order on hold until you call. Your call will just take a

How do I make an order?
After you have selected a print, frame, mat, and
glazing selection you
would like to purchase just click on the Add to Shopping Cart
button. You can finish the ordering process by clicking on the
I’m Ready to Checkout link, or you may continue shopping by
clicking on the I’ll Keep Shopping link. You may return to your
shopping cart at anytime to checkout by clicking on Cart in the
upper right hand corner of the header. During the checkout
process you can modify a selection at any time by clicking on
the Cart tab and clicking on the item you would like to change.
Can I save items in my Shopping Cart and purchase them later?
If you are an Imagekind member, you may save items in your
shopping cart. You will always see the items in your cart even
if you log out. You can view your Cart at any time by clicking
on the Cart link in the upper right hand corner in the header.
The way to remove something from your shopping cart is to select
the Remove button from the cart itself.
Is there sales tax on my order?
Imagekind is located in Seattle, Washington and we only charge
8.8% sales tax on orders shipping within Washington State.
Is online ordering safe?
Your credit card transactions are 100% safe. We use Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your credit card information.
We always use the industry standard encryption technologies when
transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site.
Will I receive an order confirmation after I have placed my
order?
Once you have completed your order by clicking on Place Your
Order, we will send you a confirmation email. You may also check
the status of your order by signing into your Imagekind account
and clicking on the Account tab. Click the My Purchase History
link on the right of the screen.

Imagekind e-Gift Card may only be used for making purchases on
Imagekind.com. It cannot be redeemed for cash, or applied as

are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. The value of your
gift card will not be replaced if the certificate is lost,
stolen, destroyed, altered, or used without your permission. To

How do I purchase an Imagekind e-Gift Card?
Imagekind e-Gift Cards may be purchased in $10 increments. The
“From,” “To,” and “Message” fields are optional. If you fill
these in we will include this information in the email that is
sent to the recipient of your e-Gift Card.
How can I redeem my Imagekind e-Gift Card?
When you are placing your order, you will have the option to
select payment type. Click on the Apply Code Now button and
enter in the code on your
Imagekind e-Gift Card. If the gift
card amount is not enough to cover the balance, you will be
prompted for an additional form of payment.

pieces of artwork.
Ordering
All orders for original works of art are made through PayPal, one of the securest
methods on the Internet. Your credit card number is never
seen by the seller.

Through PayPal we accept MasterCard, Visa, and American

The artwork must be in the same condition as received. Cost of
shipping and insurance is not included in the refund, nor

Shipping
All artwork is shipped in containers that can withstand at
least 300 pounds of pressure. Your art will arrive within
four to six weeks of purchase.
